Question about partnerships
My name is Parker. I'm looking to invest in single family homes in the Salt Lake or Provo area in Utah. Being young I don't have enough income to qualify for a loan in this market. I am wondering if I partner with somebody for a deal what would be the best way to do so? Also, is it possible for my partner to exit the deal and have me as the only person on the loan? I don't want to break the law but I do want to get a deal. Please help!
Thank you!
