House Hacking Locations

Good day all, I am looking into my first house hack (duplex)  and I would love to know what are some of the best locations to do it in. I currently live in south Florida, the market is on the higher end here. I am open to moving ( preferably to northern Florida) but anywhere would suffice. I greatly appreciate any input.
