Starter Excel Tax Calculator for Real Estate

Hello! As the subject states, i am hoping to find someone willing to share the Excel model they've constructed to do the quick & dirty math on estimating tax benefits of your real estate investments on your investment and W2 income streams. If anyone has a tricked out version that can run tax implications on the common legal entity set-ups (e.g. transition from SP to LLC) that would be cool, too.
