HI,

Being new to the process I almost got held up on the fact that I don't have much cash on reserve. Thankful that I have friends who've been in the business for a while.

I'm still working on knowing what's a good deal and perfecting my system. Lately, I've been receiving calls from possible lenders and the conversation is about the same because of the lack of experience and that's okay, that being said I and considering hard money lending.

Has anyone started in my position, and if so please leave some ways it worked for you.
