Beginner looking for advice
I have been wanting to start investing in real estate for a good while now. I just don’t know where to begin , I have money saved up , I’m not in a rush, I’m just tryna to absorb as much information as I possibly can and hopefully take that first risk in the following couple years. I heard about this website in a podcast , and the host were talking about OOS (out of state) investing , where you can buy a property that already has cash flow coming in , do you guys have any advice or podcasts/books I can look into?
Thank you guys in advance! <3
