So I got my LLC all set up and ready to go. Should I switch the two rental's I currently own over to it. Or one rental per one LLC? Any advice will help this is my first LLC.

What made you decide you needed an LLC? For most new investors, with few assets, good insurance is probably the better investment of time and money.

Sounds like you created an LLC without the help of a an attorney, one that understands your situation. This would be the perfect question for them.
