Newbie in Philadelphia/Delco

Hi Guys,

I am in the process of researching and preparing financially to begin investing in the Philadelphia/Delco area. I have read the beginners guide to investing and would like to network with experienced investors in the Philadelphia/Delco area. My goal is to get as much beginner knowledge/experience as possible to avoid mistakes. For example, I am unsure wether to finance the property under an LLC before I purchase or transfer the property to an LLC after purchase, what type of loan would work best for me etc.
