Hello Everyone! I am new to the website and the BRRR method, but extremely driven to learn more. I have read David Greene's book on the BRRR method and have become inspired to leave my Big 4 audit role at Deloitte to begin my real estate investing career.

Understanding that the most control and success is generated from the purchase of a property, I would love some recommendations on what the most desirable entry level jobs are to build my knowledge of the BRRR method (particularly the buying and research component). My initial thoughts were agents, consultants, appraisal firms, and management companies. I also considered real estate accounting roles due to my accounting background, however, the focus seems to be more on the reporting aspect rather than the research and analytics of properties. Is there a demand for investor assistants to learn and grow from other BRRR investors? Or should I go the route of obtaining my license and learning through a real estate agent company?

Thank you in advance for any comments on this matter. I look forward to discussing and building my network!
