Newbie in Kansas area!

Hello everyone, I am a newbie to the RE investing world! I have been reading countless books "How to Invest in Real Estate", "How to Estimate Rehab Cost", "Richest Man in Babylon", "Rich Dad Poor Dad", and many more to come. I am loving every bit of what I have learned so far. I am currently a contractor in Aviation, I bounce around state to state all the time, but claim Kansas as my home. I am ecstatic to begin in real estate, highly interested in BRRRR, and I am hoping to find anyone in the area of, Kansas or Missouri who are willing to give guidance of your knowledge in these areas! I am highly motivated and definitely a work-aholic, from all my lessons and skills I've obtained throughout the years, I feel Real estate is where I was meant to land. Thank you.
