Does anyone have any experience with The Simple Investor https://thesimpleinvestor.com/...

Or a similar business model?

Basically, they sell condo units to investors and then handle all of the rent and property management etc .

I think this way they don't need "preferred investors" and all the legal rigmarole that goes with that.
