Virtual Wholesaling Budget - What Would You Do?

I'm new to virtual wholesaling, live in Seattle, WA but I'm focusing on doing business in Indianapolis, IN. Curious to know what you experienced investors would do if you had a modest $500 monthly budget to generate leads and grow your business in a market outside of your zip code? Thanks in advance for your replies!
