Hey BP family! I'm new to REI and looking to start in the Houston, TX area. I would love to connect/partner with other newbies or seasoned investors in the city. I'm currently leaning towards the BRRR method to create rental units for cash flow. I know a lot of us newbies are scared to take the first step in our REI journey's. But we can do this! Let's create wealth and shake this town!
