What's the best way to form connections in Chattanooga?

Hey everyone! I'm pretty new to investing in real estate and after reading a ton of books about REI I have decided that I am fully on board. I understand a decent amount about REI my only issue is to find other people who have similar interests. I have looked online for real estate meetups within the Chattanooga area, and I ran into a continuing problem. Many of these groups have either been canceled due to covid or entirely discontinued. I have only found one meetup and it's only held once a month. Does anyone in this area know of any additional events? Also, what's a good way to get a hold of a valuable RE attorney and CPA?
