Hello

New to this forum and looking to invest in single family properties in Columbus OH area. Motivated by the investment and rental potential due to the recent announcement on the Intel fab units out there.

@Vaibhav Pradhan Intel coming in is a huge advantage for investors to leverage appreciation towards purchase price/ARV. I would recommend purchasing a STR/Airbnb near the northeast part of Columbus (where 71 and 70 meet and north). The demand for STR's is already high due to Nationwide Children's Hospital expanding. This leads to traveling occupations near downtown, 43206, 43201, etc. This is my go to investment strategy just because of the short term return and it almost alleviates the LTR strategy.
