Skip Tracing in Montreal, Canada

Hey,

I'm a real estate investor in Montreal (Lachine) looking to see if skip tracing is a possibility and feasible in Canada. I know that it's possible to look up the owner on the towns website but looking to get more info on the owner to be able to contact them and especially when it's bigger buildings owned by a corporation.
