NDA on Wholesale - New to the Game

Is there a "norm" for using a NDA as a wholesaler - does it depend on one of the parties involved or the size of the property??

I'm fairly new to REI, just starting to get my feet wet and need some insight. I was given an overview (number of units, location, price (plus 3% buyer's fee), year (assuming year built)) from another wholesaler who asked for NDA (listing my role as marketing) before I suggest it my buyers, and said that POF was required for more details/numbers. I signed the NDA, sent the overview to my buyer explaining the need for POF for details (about a week ago), and haven't heard anything....Did I mess up the opportunity or should the POF come from me, even though I wouldn't be the end buyer on this deal?

Any info/advice would be greatly appreciated!!
