Newer Real Estate Agent - Purchasing Foreclosure Homes

Hi Bigger Pockets forum!

I am a real estate agent in the Nashville market and working a full-time job as well. I've been an agent for about 2 and a half years now and am looking to "up my game" for myself as well as my clients.

I want to begin going to auctions and purchasing foreclosure homes. I have access to the necessary capital to place all cash offers on these homes, but I do not yet fully understand the process.

Do any of you have suggestions on how to do this, where to begin, etc.? (a particular podcast, online "Tutorial" type articles, books, etc.)

Thank you all! Happy selling.

-Sam
