How to find the right Agent for you

Hey guys! Made a GOAL this year NOT a New Years Resolution that most people did after celebrating the New Years.

I turn 30 in four months from now. My goal is to purchase my first investment property before my twenties are over. Ive been looking in the Florida/Georgia market.

My question is while “shopping” for a real estate agent thats right for you, WHAT QUESTIONS SHOULD I BE ASKING HIM OR HER ON THE PHONE TO SEE IF THIS PERSON IS THE RIGHT FIT?

Thank you for reading and your insight!

Best!

@Spencer Gracia depends on your investment criteria and what you consider a good deal. If you interview an agent and simply ask for them to bring you a deal, more likely than not they're going to brush you off for the time being. Any agent that does come across a solid deal either on or off-market is first going to present the property to a trustworhty client that has finalized transactions with them in the past. The agent knows their client can finance the deal and will guarantee a closing, it's not personal. When interviewing an agent you need to inform them of your criteria and ensure that you're ready to pull the tigger when an opportunity arises. Also, as a general rule, you preferably want to work with an agent that has investments as well. Hope this helps!
