Want to try wholesaling but need some clarity

Hi BP family,

I am new to real estate and looking to get my foot wet in the market this year however I may need some guidance, it would be great to work with someone. 

I have been recently been researching the Milwaukee area; but I think analysis paralysis is creeping in.
