Best Website for providing seller leads?

I am evaluating website providers for a variety of features with long range goals in focus.  I believe i have a shortlist.  However i am not able to tell how well two will perform as seller lead generators for the wholesaling portion of the business.  Would like to hear from people who have any experience with:   investorpro.com and/or  realestateinvestingwebsites.com.
