Looking for suggestions on apartment buildings

Hello all my name is Henry, and I am venturing down the path of stabilizing distressed apartment buildings. And will likely syndicate some deals in the future.  I was hoping to get some advice regarding the proper actions to take when acquiring 20-200 unit distressed apartment buildings?
