Newbie. Worth getting a real estate license?
Hi. Newbie investor here. I want to start investing in real estate. I've got some money in savings and also some decent equity in my condo here in Palm Harbor, Florida. I have been diligently watching and listening to BP podcasts trying to determine the best strategy to pursue before diving in. My question: Does it make any sense for me to take a training course and get my real estate agent license as a new investor? Advantages? Disadvantages? Waste of my time and resources? I would love any informed feedback. Thanks!
