Hello! My name is Marisa Warren and I am currently a student-athlete at Saint Louis University. I am studying Flight Science, working on my private pilots license. However, flying is my plan B. I want to be a commercial real estate investor, but I am searching for guidance to proceed the correct way. I have a strong passion for real estate and I have spent the past year or so doing a ton of learning… My next step is to begin! My goal is to create an empire for myself, my family, and others. Another goal of mine is to move to Southern California after college! If you have any advice for me just starting out I would really appreciate it!

@Marisa Warren

What kind of CRE are you thinking about getting into? Mixed use is a good pick if you're looking to do multi family and commercial.
