Full Gut Rehab & Contractors Layout

Hello Everyone,

I was curious how you would schedule your contractors to come to the property to work on the Rehab. How would you coordinate and do you have the contractors work together in certain instances? 

For a full gut rehab for instance would you have the electricians and plumbers come in before everyone or how would you coordinate the contractors to come in? 

I don’t want to have everyone there and working packed in a house getting in each others way and have material in the way of everyone trying to make progress.
