Fix & Flip Contractor Liability

Alfredo Alfaro
Posted

Hello everyone,

There is a Fix & Flip opportunity that I am looking into acquiring. This would be my first ever project, but excited nonetheless. My concern involves contractors working on the home while repairs are being done and if they get hurt while on the job.

How do you mitigate the risk of being sued? Am I liable for any injuries that happen on the job site and if so to what extent am I liable for?

Thank you very much.
