Acquisition Manager and Rehab Manager commission structure

I have started a "Flipping Business" in the Tampa Bay area. I will be doing acquisitions and raising capital for the projects but will be looking to hire an Acquisitions Manager to find the deals. I have a Realtor for marketing and selling the properties at the moment but my wife is currently in school to become a Realtor and will ultimately be marketing and selling our properties. I have an experienced Project Manager to manage the rehabs.

I am looking for some advise of the typical commission structure for an Acquisition Manager and a Rehab Manager in a "Flipping Business"? They will be employees of the company not partners.

Thank you in advance for your time and knowledge!
