Overwhelmed at each step

I think the hardest part of this journey is just feeling constantly surrounded by vultures.. For example.. When looking for a agent to help with the process. You end up putting your name in a form, and get like 10 automated responses from people ranging from "Virtual Assistants" to "Wholesalers".. Sign up to meet your local other Real Estate Agent Investors and its nothing but sales people trying to sell you their over priced properties or "Mentor" programs.. Hell, even signed up for the bootcamp.. And then figured I would try to find a HELOC loan to get ready for it... Go to a online vendor.. And end up with 50 phone calls.. Glad I used Google Voice instead of my real deets.. (Even my current home loan company contacted me even though they don't offer HELOCS)...

This is the part that scares me.. I'm a highly skeptical introvert. Hate ordering pizza on the phone type. But every step of the way I've got high pressured sales people coming at me. I've done that job. So I don't blame them.. But I recognize it.. And here I am just trying to build a network to empower myself, and feeling alone with nothing but predators around me.
