First time financing a rental
Getting prepared to buy my first income producing property. I wanted to ask the community about financing. I am in Florida and wanted to know how about getting pre approved for a property. Should I contact a mortgage broker, quicken loans, local bank, or something else. And would it be the same for an out of state property. Any feedback would be fantastic. Thank you in advance for any comments and help.
