Seller Financing - multi family

Hello, 

I have been interested in multi family for a while now and wanted to know is there any seller finance deals in Indianapolis. I don't have much experience, haven't made any deals yet but I have been researching and studying. I have realized this is the lane I want to be in as far as my first purchases with real estate. Would love advice and deals you may know of or come across.
