Upgrade Business. Realistic?
It has become really hard to find fixer uppers in Phoenix unless you have a great network and experience. I was thinking maybe I could buy average houses in nice neighborhoods and upgrade them with upscale features and sell them above market value. Has anyone ever tried it? Would it be too hard to get it appraised even if I find a way to do it low cost and price it at a reasonable price for the neighborhood? Any suggestions?
