Hi everyone. I started reading and listening to the podcast about a year ago and am trying to jump into real estate investing. I live north of Boston, MA and am currently working with real estate agents throughout New England. Looking for single family and/or multifamily properties for buy and hold. Interested in investing long distance as some point (New England is too expensive), but at this time I feel more comfortable looking locally and managing the property ourselves. If anyone has any advice or wants to do a meet up, then please message me. I would love to network with more people locally.
