What to do during a boom
Hi. I’m an aspiring real estate investor on the Gold Coast, Australia.
I’ve found that no one has seemed to talk about a crucial topic I wish to hear is what to do when there is a boom happening (prices crazy high).
At the moment in Australia, rents are high, and so are house prices. If I’m trying to buy a property now, using the rent potential for now, won’t I lose money once the price drops and the rental yield decreases?
Getting started in investing is quite stressful but I want to make it work.
Thanks
