Hello everyone! I'm in Northern VA and looking for recommendations on local real estate investment association meetups to meet with other rookies and pros to expand my network and HOPEFULLY get started in the NOVA area. Just looking to meet up and see what tools, tips and recommendations others have in this area. I know Bigger Pockets Pro is what a lot of people talk about but I've heard so many other websites and apps mentioned on the podcasts; i.e. Propstream, propertyradar, listsource, etc.
