Tiny Home Community for Long Term &/or Vacation Rental

Good afternoon! I am just starting on this journey & have been thinking about which way I want to go as far as commercial, multi family rentals, vacation rentals, etc. I live in Branson, Mo. which is a big tourist town. On a trip to Colorado last year I saw a Tiny Home Community of about 5 homes and I though that was such a cool idea. Also, have searched for cabins to stay at on vacation and there was a Tiny Home community that rented out like cabins and seemed to always be booked out. I am really leaning towards this. I know I will need a little property and then of course Tiny Homes. Does anyone have experience with this sort of thing? I am looking forward to this journey & I'm excited to put my nose to the grindstone!
