Carpet or Vinyl Flooring
Good Afternoon Everyone, Although everyone says carpet is bad in rental properties, should climate make a difference in that decision? I am going to be buying in Illinois and it snows a decent amount and was wondering if carpet would be better?

I vote LVP for nearly any property. It looks good, isn't expensive, and is rather durable.
