Investing in Single Family Homes with no money down

Alex Huang
Posted

Hi, I'm Alex, and I'm a 16-year-old delighted to learn about real estate. I've watched multiple YouTube videos and a couple books about how to invest in single family homes with no money down and most suggest the BRRRR strategy with the use of hard money lenders. As a beginner in real estate, especially with no money whatsoever, I though it would be a huge risk if something went wrong in the process. Do you agree? What would be your recommendation for me to get started in real estate with absolutely no money? Would REIT's be a good way to save up for the down payment. How about real estate crowdfunding? Finally, can you recommend any resources I can learn from. Thank you very much! I appreciate the help and your effort.
