Investing in new construction rental properties
I'm just starting out in my RE investing journey and was wondering if I should consider investing in a new construction property in an upcoming neighborhood and have it rented out. I'm planning to hold the property long term so it can appreciate with the new neighborhood. Does anyone have advice on this? Pros v Cons? Appreciate the feedback!
