Looking for Investors in Northern Florida or Southern Georgia

My goal is to move south to either the area of Northern Florida or Southern Georgia to be closer to family. I am looking for investors that I can connect with & learn from in the areas of Northern Florida or Southern Georgia. I currently have a single-family investment property and I am looking to grow my portfolio as well as helping to grow the portfolios of any investors that are willing to help guide me. My areas of expertise are in remodeling & HVAC. I have multiple years of experience in remodeling and 10+ years of HVAC experience. Any tips or guidance is appreiciated.
