Accountant to Maximize Deductions for "House Hacking"

Hey BP,

Long-time lurker, first-time poster.

I am located in the Philadelphia area and looking for an accountant for my 2021 filing. I bought my first 4-plex apartment in Philadelphia around October. I am currently living in one unit and the other 3 units are fully rented out.

Please let me know of any suggestions for personal accountants in the area. I am also open to hiring a CPA remotely, so location is not much of a constraint.

Thanks!
