Getting a home equity line of credit ? what banks to use?
Im trying to fund a deal with my dad who lives in washington state, I live in georgia. he has a home with a good amount of equity and is trying to get a line of credit on that equity without refinancing but every major bank or lender hes talking to is wanting him to refinance. does anyone know of banks in Washigton state who do home equity lines of credit or how I can better assist him in securing one?? thank you
