I am moving to the Seattle Tacoma area in the coming month and in the market for a realtor. I am interested In house hacking to help pay the PITI. I have already been pre qualified and will have access to the VA loan. If there are any realtors with rentals themselves and could help guide me through the process and experience in the area send me a message.
