Newbie and it's 1st rental
Good evening, I have been thinking about investing in rentals houses for a few years now, and yet, nothing had happen. One day last month I decided to get a loan (I thought I was going to get denied) so that will be the end of the story. But, I got pre-approved with an FHA. After searching and talking to a real estate agent my hopes and dreams went down again, and I felt like I can't make this work. My husband lifted me up and I'm trying my best to keep fighting for what I want and don't let anything scare me. I'm so thankful for finding this site. But, I'm still feeling lost. I am working with another realtor but she again, do not have experience selling investment properties. Should I wait for a better guidance? I have knocks many doors for guidance but I can't seem to go far. I'm in Charleston, SC. Thanks a lot!!!
