Can I have an FHA loan where I already have a USDA (RD) loan?
I have a RD loan on a SFR that I have owned for 6 years and I was looking to move and turn my current place into a rental property. So the question I have not been able to find searching the web is can I qualify for an FHA loan where I already have an RD loan? The new place I will be buying with the FHA loan will be my primary residence.
