Just closed on my FIRST deal!

This is my first post on bigger pockets and I'm proud to say that I just closed on my first investment property! It's two- 2 bed 1 bath houses on one city lot in my home town Fostoria OH. I'm Excited to start making some repairs, mostly cosmetic and become a land lord. Had to put 7,000 down, Mortgaged 54,000 and have 2,000 in escrow from the seller to put toward repairs. I'm planning to rent each unit for 650 a month and learning everything I can through hands on experience with this property. Can't wait. I know the forums are a wealth of information, but anyone's advice for a novice is greatly appreciated and if anyone has recently closed or soon to close their first deal I'd love to read about it!
