Get ranked list of properties where rent > mortgage?

I know tools like Zillow show you the estimated rent and mortgage for a property, but do any tools let you create a filter that shows you only the properties where the estimated rent is greater than the estimated mortgage?  Ideally the tool would also show you the difference and let you rank properties by that difference.
