Newbie from NJ...

Hello Everyone,

Newbie from South Jersey here who's looking to start investing in RE. I'm 24 years old and currently, I live at home and hold a full-time job. Over the past few years I've just been saving up and trying to learn as much as possible about real estate.

I'm having a hard time deciding how I want to start out. Ultimately, I want RE investing to be my career. Do you think my best bet starting out is a) flipping homes b) owner occupied duplex c) owner occupied fourplex

If you were starting out and wanted this to be your career, where would you start? I live in Camden County, NJ (not sure if anyone is familiar with the area).

Thanks for your input / help !

Edward
