Hi everyone,

New member, but long term follower. I am interested in investing more in Maryland, particularly between Baltimore and DC. Mainly looking for Fix and flip and BRRRR. Can anyone recommend how to connect with investor agents in the area? I am currently out of state given my job but know the Maryland area well.
