Buying your First Multi-Family Property
Hey everyone! Glad to finally join the Bigger Pockets family. I'm curious to see how everyone's first (or first few) deals with multi-family properties went and what your experience was through the process. Any lesson's learned that shaped how you approach analyzing/buying/managing multi-family properties today?

For me it came to down to this: You're going to have to pay for it sooner or later.
You could either buy a low end property and deal with higher tenant turnover, headaches, maintenance, and other foolishness. Or you could go middle of the road, and not have to think about the place for months on end.
