This was our first flip experience

So I recently posted for you all our first ATL flip property and thought i'd share this little nugget with you. The first day after we officially closed on the property and had the GC do a walk through....a brick was thrown through our window making us go "what in the world did we just buy and get into"  Haha. Im sure we are not the only ones who have had that feeling in real estate.  So what did we do?  We mounted that brick!
