25 year old, first time buyer

Does anyone have any recommendations for an experienced, trustworthy mortgage-broker/lender for the city of Philadelphia?

Some background: 

I am looking for a 2 bed condo/town home. I am 25 this would be my first time purchasing property. I am a registered nurse with no debt and an excellent credit score. The plan is for me to live in one room and rent out the other bedroom. Looking to buy by this summer 2022.
